1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All physical orders are processed, verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Operating Days: Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or National/State Public Holidays.
  • High Volume Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during sales, festive seasons, or promotional events, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery pin code and the weight of the package.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Within Kerala: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Rest of India (Metro Cities): 4 to 6 business days.
  • Rest of India (Non-Metro/Tier 2 & 3 Cities): 5 to 8 business days.
  • Remote Pin Codes / North East India: 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistical challenges, severe weather conditions, or local strikes. S.S ENTERPRISES is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

To ensure secure and reliable delivery across all pin codes in India, we partner with top-tier domestic courier services and utilize India Post (Speed Post and Registered Parcel networks) for extensive nationwide reach, particularly for regional and remote pin codes.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • You can track your package directly on our website’s tracking page or on the respective shipping partner’s portal using the provided tracking link.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS

If your purchase includes digital products, e-books, or downloadable content:

  • Delivery Method: Digital files or access links are delivered instantly or within a maximum of 24 hours to the email address provided during checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: No shipping fees apply to purely digital orders.
  • If you do not receive the email containing your digital purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us immediately for assistance.

6. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES AND RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

Orders may be returned to us by the courier (Return to Origin) for the following reasons:

  • Incomplete, invalid, or incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
  • The customer was unavailable to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts.
  • The customer refused delivery of the package.

RTO Policy: If a prepaid order is returned to us due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or unavailability), we reserve the right to deduct the two-way shipping charges (forward and return transit costs) from your refund amount. Alternatively, if you request re-shipment, an additional shipping fee will be charged before we dispatch the parcel again.

7. DAMAGES IN TRANSIT

While we ensure secure packaging, S.S ENTERPRISES is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it from the delivery agent if the outer seal is visibly tampered with.
  • If you discover damage after opening, you must record a clear, uncut unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy to facilitate a claim.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping for physical products at this time. Digital products, however, can be purchased and accessed globally.
